Description:  Self build project consisting of 5 No houses / 8 No flats

Client:  Family Mosaic
Client’s Agent: Calford Seaden Partnership
Contract Type: Design & Build

We were invited to be involved from an early state on this exciting project to help young local people.  We sat on the interview panel to choose the lucky applicants who would be employed and trained during the project and then receive nomination rights to rent properties on completion.

We also assisted during the public consultation process, meeting the local residents and incorporating their comments into the project’s design to overcome planning concerns.

The young self builders received the National Youth Build Award, presented at the Houses of Parliament, in recognition of their hard work.
